J.K.B. Abeysinghe Memorial Gold Medal for the Most Outstanding Student of the Department of Mathematics
For 2020/2021 Intake
The above award will be given to the most outstanding student of the Department of Mathematics who has graduated with an honours degree offered by the Department of Mathematics.
To be considered for the award, a candidate should be a student from 2020/2021 Intake and have the following.
- Obtained an Honours Degree under the Department of Mathematics with FIRST CLASS or SECOND CLASS UPPER DIVISION HONOURS,
- Obtained a minimum B+ grade for the research project and
- Obtained highest marks according to the provided marking scheme (see the Google form)
